Arg Reunion in September - June 11 update

Okay, kids, here's the latest.

Looks like Ginger and Art MAY be able to make it, so here's my suggestion for a game plan.
 
Since we don't know FOR SURE who is all going to be there, the best bet is to simply stay at a hotel and go from there.

SO .... on Saturday September 18th, Forrest, Jim and I will be at the Circus Circus hotel. Whoever wants to join us, that'd be great (please don't let me be there with just Jim and Forrest by myself. I'll go stark raving mad!!!). Prices are good right now, and you can always cancel if you decide not to go so I suggest that if you are AT ALL intersted in going, make reservations now. We're all staying until Tuesday morning (Sept 21st). I found that http://www.lasvegas.com/ has got the best deals. Check that out.

Jim and I will actually be driving down from Idaho on Friday because I want to see my aunt, uncle, cousin and his family who live in Henderson. We'll be staying in the RV Park at Circus Circus (the only one on the Strip) and Forrest will be arriving sometime on Saturday at the airport. I have to assume that Art/Ginger, Cliff, and Eddie/Geri will be coming via airlines too. Ida, car or plane? Depending on the baby situation, Melanie/Dennis may be coming by car. Jerry/Sandy can't make this trip.
 
I'm still in touch with Kathi Polz via Facebook. Should we invite her too? And is there anyone else we should invite, without making this into a REALLY big deal this year? Just let me know.

Okay, kids, that's the game plan for now. I think this will work the easiest. We can make more plans on things to do as we get to that time. But please let me know your ideas, suggestions and plans. Looking forward to see everyone in September!!!
